4. Do we own the finished website?
Yes you will own the finished website after you cover all fees and expenses required to build your website. If you fail to pay in full the website work, we are very flexible and patient with payments. So if something happens just please reach us out to work things out. 5. Do I need to provide my own content?
It depends but yes, you can provide your own website content if you want or we can also develop the content for you. Either way is fine with us. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that, if we have to develop the content for you, your website will take more time to complete and the price will be affected as well as that will require more working hours. NOTE: If you want to keep your web project within the affordable price range inside WIX, Weebly, Shopify, and Squarespace, we advice you to develop your own content which is the best option to keep the low prices.
6. Do you outsource your projects overseas?
All website projects are done within the USA and we only use web designers and web developers from this country. 23. Why so much difference in pricing?
Well reality is that no website is created equal unless you are dealing with low budget packages which are designed to scale hence offering low prices to the masses which is pretty much what Walmart does. The prices on web development depend on many factors but two important factors are the quality and customization of the website. For instance a $10 dollar shoe from Walmart won't have the same quality as a $2,000 dollar shoe from Prada. A general single family house vs a single family house with a full home theater, pool, and Jacuzzi won't have the same price due to customizations. All these differences in prices applies to many things in life including cars, houses, electronics, clothing, food, traveling, and many more. And guess what? Web design is not an exception. 24. Do I get to see the design before it's built?
Yes of course. It doesn't really matter which package you choose, you will always get to see first the design you are getting. The only difference is that with the premade packages, designs are already built, so checking them out is instantly. On the other hand, this is not possible with custom packages. For you to see design within the custom packages, weeks will need to pass before you even see the final design. Custom packages takes time and work is way more tedious there, that's why is not instantly for you to see the design.
25. I have a small project, can you help me?
We handle all types of projects ranging from free, pro bono, small websites, and super big projects. Although our doors are always open for everyone, the reality is we can only help as many people as we can. Unfortunately, we are still limited by the amount of projects we can handle every month. So our answer to all projects regardless of how small or big they are is always the same. First we need to analyze what you need and want. Then we need to make sure we have spots open to help you fix your issues. And finally we both need to agree to all the work.
26. I have a big project, can you handle it?
Of course we can handle big projects, we not only have the knowledge but we also have the experience as well. The only limitation here is that we can only handle a specific amount of big projects every month because big projects take time to get build. 27. Do you offer help for DIY tools?
Yes we do and we also offer customizations for these platforms. Basic websites on GoDaddy, Weebly, WIX, Squarespace, and Shopify are usually very economical like our premade packages. But you need to be aware that customizations can increase the price very dramatically which can be expensive for many people. This is one of the many problems people face when working with these platforms because they are attracted to the low prices they offer but then they realize that to make things like they want, it will take web development skills. For that hiring experts is necessary and money as well which as I mentioned, it can be a disappointment for many.
28. Do you think I need a new website?
Well the answer is I don't know but if you are just starting there are many chances that you most likely won't need a website at all. People when starting, they are usually in the first stages of growing which means their budget is limited. In those situations, the individual should focus on growing economically first and for that to happen advertising and online marketing should be the first weapons of choice. Our hourly rate depends on the type of website package you choose. For instance, building a website with WIX or with a premade template does not require a rocket scientist to do it. On the other hand if you require a big project with custom design and custom development, then more skill designers and developers will be used. Hence the price per hour will be higher. Hourly prices can go from $25 up to $250 per hour depending on the job. 31. Are there any ongoing costs?
Unless you are hosting with us or you are doing online marketing with us or you require a big change on your site, we will let you know beforehand on the fees incurred by that service. Otherwise you don't need to keep paying anything to keep your website.
32. Can I use my own domain?
Yes you can. You can either get your own domain or we can help you get the right domain for you. Regardless of the path you take make sure always that everything is under your name and your power and no one else. That's how you protect yourself.
33. Can I use my own hosting?
Yes you can. The only limitation we put if you are going to work with us is that if you are going to choose a package that includes any CMS like WordPres, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, Magento, and or CakePHP, you should always have a CPANEL interface. If not, then you should first get a hosting with a LINUX server and a CPANEL utility.
34. What forms of payment do you accept?
We take all types of credit cards including AMEX, Discovery, Mastercard, and Visa. Cash payments, money orders, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal are accepted as well. No checks accepted at the moment.
35. Do you offer support?
Of course we do, many of our support is free unless too many heavy changes are required. Also video training is provided which in many cases is enough for the user to learn how to modify their own websites.
36. Do you do face to face meetings?
Of course we do but not for every project. For instance, if you buy a $300 package website, face to face meetings are not available. For those low-cost projects, a meeting is neither cost or time efficient because those websites can be finished in hours and with a couple of emails or calls. Usually we do 4 to 8 meetings for big projects with bigger budgets but that is because the processes for those websites are way more complex than the affordable $300 website.
37. Where are you located?
We currently have virtual offices in down town Fort Worth and North Texas where we meet with our web clients and with our web development students. At the moment we only meet with clients and students by appointments only. See please make sure you call or email us to setup your appointment first.
38. What classes and trainings do you offer?
At the moment we only offer CMS classes and online marketing classes. Our CMS classes include systems like WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal. Our online marketing classes include PPC (Pay Per Click) , SMM( Social Media Marketing), and SEO (search engine optimization).
